Q·REAL ESTATE: BUILDING PERMIT FOR BELLEVUE CENTER LJUBLJANA!

Finally!  After almost 18 months, the team around Joint –  Venture partner Bellevue Living d.o.o. has received the building permit for the EUR 50mn commercial residential complex “Bellevue Center”. The construction should start 2021. “Nothing stands in the way of the start of this successful project.” announces Jascha Popovic from Bellevue.

The Bellevue Center is designed as a residential section consisting of two towers and a row of terraced houses with double apartments (max. 78), commercial section on the ground floor and mezzanine floor, and underground parking with 305 spaces.The total net floor area of the complex is 24,301 m².
