Q·CAPITAL AG: FMA approves acquisition of C-QUADRAT by HNA

The Chinese HNA Group has finally gotten green light from the FMA for the majority takeover C-QUADRAT. On the part of the FMA there are “no concerns”, informs the Vienna asset manager ad hoc. Provided that the approved transactions are completed, HNA would hold a closing of approximately 74.8% in London-based Cubic, which in turn holds 98% of C-QUADRAT.

Q·Capital AG has been a core share holder of C-QUADRAT AG for years and would sell 75% of its holding upon closing.
