Q·CAPITAL AG: Exit of C-QUADRAT

Group Investment Company Q·CAPITAL AG has sold its remaining stake in C-QUADRAT to the majority owners of the successful asset manager. Q·CAPTIAL has been active in the company since 2001.

Q·CAPITAL AG chairman, Fritz Schweiger, has been on the board for 17 years and has accompanied its flotation in 2006.

Majority of C-QUADRAT has been sold recently to Chinese HNA group.
