By resolution of November 25, 2019, the Company’s Management Board retired a total of 384,474 shares in the Company. The Management Board was authorized to do so by resolution of the Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2019. The retirement was entered in the relevant commercial register on December 19, 2019. The number of shares in the company thus amounts to 7,290,000.
