Q-Capital Ventures GmbH (“Q·CAPITAL VENTURES”), acting as the lead investor of the investment consortium Q-Capital Ventures PowerCigs GmbH & Co KG, acquired as part of a Series A financing more than 4 % of PowerCigs Ltd., the leading German e-cigarette manufacturer.
