Q·CAPITAL: Capital repayment of CHF 1.09 per share

On 20th May 2015, Q·Capital AG’s (“Q·CAPITAL”) Board of Directors decided on a pay-out in form of a capital payback (“Kapitalrückzahlung”) in the amount of CHF 1.09 per share for the financial year 2014. It will be payable for the value date of 27th August 27 2015.
