Q·CAPITAL: Capital repayment of CHF 1.40 per share

On 22nd May 2014, Q·Capital AG’s (“Q·CAPITAL”) Board of Directors decided on a pay-out in form of a capital payback (“Kapitalrückzahlung”) in the amount of CHF 1.40 per share for the 2013 financial year. It will be payable for the value date of 25th September 2014.
